- Subscriber Data: If you sign up for our newsletter, we keep a record of your email to deliver the content you requested.

We use the following "Data Processors" to help run our site:
- Ghost Foundation: Our Content Management System and hosting provider.
- Stripe (If applicable): If you have a paid subscription, your payment details are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card information.
- Mailgun: Used by Ghost to deliver our newsletters to your inbox.
7. Your Rights
Under the UK GDPR and DUAA 2025, you have the following rights:
- Right to Access: You can request a copy of the data we hold on you.
- Right to Rectification: You can ask us to correct any inaccurate information.

We only keep your data for as long as you are an active member. If you delete your account or unsubscribe, your personal data is removed from our active databases within 30 days.
